WHO WE ARE

We are a group of licensed Adult Health and Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with you and be a part of your overall healthcare journey. We hold Master’s degrees of Science in Nursing and have over ten years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Our desire to help individuals achieve and maintain their optimal overall well-being has driven us to gain more knowledge through education and research.

Constance Health and Behavioral Consult’s approach to mental health care is holistic and patient-centered. We believe in creating a safe and supportive space where we can work together to address your unique needs and concerns. We have the knowledge needed to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

Additionally, we can provide therapy, prescribe medications when necessary, and collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure you receive comprehensive care. We understand that seeking help for mental health issues can be challenging. We assure you that we are here to listen without judgment, provide evidence-based treatment, and support you on your path to recovery and wellness.
